Refund Policy

Refund Policy

Builtapps Business Solutions has a convenient and a modest refund policy. Information with regards to the refund policy are divided into three different sections, which include one-time payments, monthly payments and non-refundable payments.

One-Time Payments

If you are not satisfied with the service or product offered, we will be able to arrange a partial or a full refund, but this is limited only to certain products. You can get in touch with us to find more information. Before you contact, you need to make sure that you have done the following.

  • Contacted our support team for the problems/issues that you are dealing with.
  • Submitted a refund request within 14 days of the initial report receipt.
  • Provide a valid reason for the reception of the refund.
  • Provide a valid report against fraudulent or unauthorized charge.

Once you have all the information, you can contact us at hello@builtapps.com. Please be patient after dropping the mail and we will get back to you within a period of 24 to 72 hours. Then you will be provided with more information related to the refund.

Monthly Payments

The monthly subscription services offered by Builtapps Business Solutions can be cancelled at any given time. To do that, you can contact the customer support team of Builtapps Business Solutions.

When you submit your cancelation request to hello@builtapps.com, allow a period of 24-72 hours for one of the customer support representatives to get back to you. They will provide you with additional information of the cancellation.

If you are not satisfied with the service offered, you will be provided with a full or a partial refund. But before you contact and ask for a refund, you need to make sure that you have done the following.

  • Contacted our support team for the problems/issues that you are dealing with.
  • Submitted a refund request within 14 days of the initial report receipt.
  • Provide a valid reason for the reception of the refund.
  • Provide a valid report against fraudulent or unauthorized charge.

The refund can only be provided for the open project in the current month. No refunds will be provided for the services or products purchased in the previous months.

Non-Refundable Payments

Builtapps Business Solutions will provide refunds for the non-refundable payments, only during the below mentioned instances.

  • Non-delivery of the product
  • If the product was not delivered to you due to a technical reason, you will be eligible for a refund. However, you need to provide appropriate evidences to support your claim. Please contact the support team with your proof of email report, order number and payment transaction ID for more information.

  • Download issues
  • If you are facing download issues, you will not be able to get a refund. Instead, you are encouraged to get in touch with Builtapps Business Solutions and you will be provided with guidance on how to download and rectify the issue that you face.

  • Defects of the reports
  • All the services and products of Builtapps Business Solutions are thoroughly checked by Builtapps Business Solutions before the release. However, unexpected errors can take place from time to time. During such instances, you are encouraged to contact Builtapps Business Solutions. Under certain conditions of non-delivery of promised service, a refund would be initiated.

  • Product not as described
  • If you assume that the product is not as described, you can contact Builtapps Business Solutions. We will analyse the case and we will provide you with assistance with regards to the issue.

Additional non-refundable Items

  • Any type of link building, off page SEO and link placement related campaigns.
  • Digital content such as blog content, article and copywriting content.
  • Inbound marketing services such as documents, eBooks and infographic visuals.
  • Domain registrations and other related expenses such as private name servers, WHOIS protection and dedicated IP expenses.
  • Project based e-marketing expenses.
  • Online reputation management related expenses.
  • Pay per click campaigns setup free and management fee.
  • Online marketing promotion campaign related expenses.

Cancellation of Contract

If you have subscribed to a contract offered by Builtapps Business Solutions, it would come to an end at the end of the contract period. However, contracts can also be cancelled with mutual consent of both parties. Contact Builtapps Business Solutions for more information on contract cancellation via hello@builtapps.com.

All the contracts can be cancelled within a 30-day notice period after the completion of first 30 days of the contract.
